RULES:

GENERAL BOARD RULES:

+ The only language on this forum is ENGLISH.
+ No spamming. There is a SPAM section, you can SPAM there.
+ Being an active poster, not just a leecher.
+ Posting in the correct forums.
+ Racist talk or ideas are not allowed.
+ Re-registering to avoid a ban will result in another ban. If we notice someone re-registering after being banned we will also ban the new account. We also have the possibility to track and ban your IP address, so don't even try to re-register.
+ Do NOT use the shoutbox for help, make a topic if you need help.

+ Respect decisions of the staff, if you have a problem with it, use the PM system but do not make an offensive statement.
+ If you have a problem with another member of this community, use the Personal Message ( PM ) button to tell a staff member ( Moderators or Administrators ) about the situation and we will try to solve it.
+ Absolutely NO advertising allowed unless with staff permission, this also includes hosting and other product offers and this also applies to the VIP section. If you want to advertise, you can pay to advertise.
+ Do not rip our content. If you decide to copy something, ask the author and be sure to put the authors name and the source in the post you copied. If you are 'stealing' from our Premium section, then we have the right to demote and/or Ban you without refund your money.

AVATAR & SIGNATURE LIMITS:

- It shouldn't be offensive in any way.
- Avatar Must Be 150 by 150 or smaller.
- Image placed in the signature cannot be bigger than 500 x 300 pixels ( width x height ).
- One image can be used in the signature ONCE only.
- No more than 4 images in your signature.

POSTING:

+ Before making a post use the SEARCH function.
+ Information is crucial so always add it to your post ( screenshots, if available, as well ).
+ If you want to add a reply to your topic, please use the EDIT button instead of making double-posts.
+ Test the link before you post it.
+ Do not Flood our board.
+ If you post a tutorial from another site, GIVE THEM CREDIT! We don't tolerate ripping/scamming!
+ Do not bump old threads just to say the links are dead or to ask for a re-upload. Use the appropriate request section instead
+ Absolutely no Ripping. If you are caught ripping ANY type of art, you are automatically banned. If you are going to post a tutorial or anything from another site thats not yours, ask the original author for permission.

REQUESTS:

- Take your time to use the SEARCH function to see whether a similar request has already been made.
If you still cannot find what you are looking for, please post in the appropriate sections.
- Requests should be made in the appropriate sections.
- Be precise when requesting: write EXACTLY what you are searching for.
- Do not bump a request if nobody replied to your question. You have to wait at least 3 days until you bump your request.
- When a request is fulfilled please take your time to PM a moderator to close the topic.
- Please say "Thank You" to those who helped you.

Ways to get a WARNING or a BAN:

+ Arguing with a MOD/ADMIN. They have the warning and ban buttons, you don't.
+ Reposts ( one mistake can happen, if it happens often you will receive an official warning ).
+ Double-posts ( for not using the EDIT button a warning will be given ).
+ Excessive swearing (if you get caught, a warning will be given).
+ Advertising other forums (if advertised "too much" a warning or ban will be given).
+ Advertising warez-related forums (automatic ban!).
+ PM-Spam ( automatic ban ).
+ Racist Talk or Ideas (automatic ban).
+ Cheating in the Arcade (First offense, Suspension and Necropsy's Bitch member group, Second offense Banned).
